Scholarship Program

In 2008, The Hands For Humanity Scholarship Program was founded. For only $1,000 per year, a student in Ecuador is able to attend college.  Without this financial assistance, many of the students would never be able to further their education. Thanks to the generosity of donors, the program has been very successful and rewarding for both students and donors. Through regular correspondence, which is a part of the scholarship requirements, donors and students are able to establish a wonderful relationship! Donors are able to see first-hand the impact of their donation as they follow the development of the student through their college years.

The scholarship is designed for students who recognize the importance of education and service to the communities in which they live. The scholarship recipient is selected based on need, commitment to education, and leadership potential.
